Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are based on your location:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: During mega-sale events or extreme weather conditions, deliveries may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Charges & Free Delivery

We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience. Please note the following guidelines for COD orders:

• Please have the exact exact change ready for the courier agent.
• Courier agents are not authorized to allow open-parcel checking before payment. If there is an issue with your product after payment, our 7-Day Checking Warranty fully covers you.
• For very high-value items, our support team may call you to request a partial advance payment (via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer) to confirm the order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an SMS and Email containing your unique Tracking ID. You can use this ID on the respective courier's website to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
