7-Day Checking Warranty

Every product dispatched by Watts & Volts comes with a standard 7-Day Checking Warranty. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or "Dead on Arrival," we will replace it free of charge.

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
• This warranty covers factory faults and internal defects.

Official Brand Warranty

Many of our premium electronics and home appliances come with an extended manufacturer's warranty (ranging from 6 months to 2 years, depending on the brand).

To claim a brand warranty after our initial 7-day period has passed, you can visit the nearest authorized service center of that brand in your city. Ensure you keep your Watts & Volts invoice safe, as it serves as your official proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you encounter an issue covered by our 7-Day warranty, follow these simple steps:

• Contact Support: Message our WhatsApp support team at +92 300 1234567 with your Order ID and a short video/photo of the defect.
• Repack the Item: Safely pack the item in its original box with all accessories.
• Dispatch: Our team will guide you to drop the parcel at the nearest TCS/Leopards center, or we will arrange a pickup.
• Resolution: Once our technical team verifies the defect, we will dispatch your replacement unit immediately.

Conditions & Exclusions

To protect against fraudulent claims, the following scenarios are strictly excluded from all returns, exchanges, and warranties:

• Products that have been physically damaged, scratched, or broken after delivery.
• Damage caused by electrical short circuits, power surges, or water/liquid damage (unless the item is certified waterproof).
• Missing accessories, torn warranty cards, or thrown-away original packaging.
• "Change of mind" after the product has been unsealed and used.
